Subject: Reminder: Camp Field get-together

OCT is 11:45 on July 5th. Just 9 days until the Camp Field get-together,
and excitement is growing. I have heard from people as far away as
Malaysia (Scott Mokler) and Florida (Kassi Kain), though neither
of them will be able to attend. But many people have said they
plan to be there, which is pretty good considering that we only
starting pulling it all together less than a month ago.

Again, here is the pertinent information:

     Dates: July 14-16 (Fri-Sun)
     Place: Black Pine camp ground (it's the camp
            ground at the end of the Icicle River Road, a half
            mile or so before the French Creek trail head.)

Just a few last minute notes:

-- Camp sites at Black Pine are first come, first served. You
cannot reserve them ahead of time. Come early if you can.
There is a modest fee per night.

-- If Black Pine fills up, find a site at a nearby campground.
Or you may be able to double-up with someone else on a single site.

-- You are responsible for bringing your own food and gear.
Firewood might not be a bad idea as well.

-- We'll see if we can arrange a group camp fire Saturday night.

-- Anyone willing to plan a short paralitugy for Sunday
morning?

-- Let's put our heads together to see if we can plan a more
formal, full-blown reunion for next year.

Here's some Camp Field trivia questions to help you prepare for
the weekend:

Who played Junior Birdman during the summer of 1975?

During which summer/session did the song "Chicken" get introduced?

Which was Pat Murphy's first summer at camp?

During the playday adventure "Mutiny on the Enterprise" who played
Capt. Kirk and who played the pointy-eared Spock?

During the Mt. St. Helens ash scare, which CIT was fooled enough
to wear underpants on his/her head?

Complete the following phrases:

"Hail, Hail, the gang's..."

"Flea! Flea, fly!..."

"Heck no! Mary Jo..."

"'Round the campfire, embers glowing bright..."
